What is the process for becoming a Thailand HR Suite client?
Contact us to express your interest at info@thailand-hrsuite.com. Our Team will contact you to discuss your requirements and answer any questions you may have.
Once we sign a contract and confidentiality agreement, and have received your payment (100%), you need to forward us your logo - after this, your customised HR Suite will be ready within 2 working days.
If you wish to make changes to the documents, provide these to us and Thailand HR Suite can make these changes and undertake additional translation, formatting and styling at an additional fee.
If you have selected just a single item, or a few, then the process will be even faster and simpler.
Can i share the HR Suite templates with my friends in other companies?
No. Before we commit to providing you with our service, you must first sign a confidentiality agreement that ensures our templates are not shared, nor are they copied for other use. Terms of this agreement will include:
1. Your private HR-related information will be kept confidential by the Thailand HR Suite – kept in a secure database and NEVER disseminated to other parties.
2. Our HR templates, documents and forms will be utilised by your organisation internally only. No dissemination to external parties will ever be undertaken.
Recommend a friend! We do, however, understand the desire to assist your friends businesses to utilise our HR Suites. As such, a generous commission (10-25%) is available for your referrals - this is how we encourage clients to spread word about the Thailand HR Suite.

Cant i just develop these documents in-house?
Sure you can; but before you start writing more than 100 pages of professional HR documents and templates in English and Thai, finalising layout, checking laws and confirming translation, ask yourself these three questions:
